Katrina Barbas was a talented principal dancer with a world-class ballet company, widely expected to be the troupe's youngest prima-until COVID shut down the theaters and left her with an incurable, chronic illness. Five years later, she's living in California as a well-known Pilates instructor to the stars, but she can never shake the feeling she was robbed of her future.

When Katrina is pulled onstage at a concert by the Korean boy band, Helios, her condition flares and triggers an unexpected collapse...leading to an unlikely friendship with one of the members. American-born Simon is at the crossroads of his own career as he ages out of his K-pop idol persona, and Katrina is the one outsider who truly understands how much he sacrificed to build a career overseas...and what it would mean to give it up.
