My background as an engineer, combined with practical experience from both design and operations, has shown me how crucial it is to have a holistic understanding of how technical systems interact. Today, it is no longer enough to look at HVAC, electrical, ICT or security systems in isolation - the building of the future requires a coordinated and intelligent approach where all systems work seamlessly together.
This book is the result of many years of experience, combined with the latest technology and best practices for ITB coordination. The text is partly generated using artificial intelligence (AI), a tool that I believe will play a central role in the future of the construction industry.
