Is she a ploy for the cartel who've figured out I'm spying on them? Or is she really a helpless woman who had her passport stolen and needs safe passage back to the States? I'm supposed to head back to Texas in the morning, considering I'm a bit buzzed. But seeing her and hearing her story, I'm sober, and I'm not sticking around to find out what's happened to her friend.Why am I doing this? Am I jealous of my brothers? I guess maybe I am.
