I am thrilled to be writing the introduction to the Arabic edition of our book for readers of a region steeped in history, following its publication in Turkish, German, English, and Russian. Welcome to our journey into the depths of humanity. The primary goal of this book is to help contemporary man know and understand himself. Therefore, we have sought to identify and describe the loss of human values ??occurring at the individual and societal levels, and the human depth we are beginning to lose, through examples from daily life and behavior. Our second goal is to discuss the main models of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that can prevent this loss of values, which is contrary to human nature. The main problem of contemporary man, wherever he is in the world, is a decline on the "e;human"e; level, to the point that our inner peace is being steadily undermined. The number of us standing alone in crowds and silent amidst noise is increasing. We are rapidly drifting away from human values. Psychological pressure is undermining our ability to harmonize.
