Relationship Field Theory (RFT) is an ideological system rooted in traditional Chinese culture, grounded in psychological theories, with the relationship field as its research content, and guided by the principles of dissipative structure theory. It is a collection of concepts, laws, and principles that are internally ordered and externally interconnected, attempting to provide general descriptions and explanations of events in the subjective world. The proposition of RFT aims to assist people in understanding their psychological realities, explaining various interpersonal phenomena, and enabling effective prediction and control of the future based on this understanding. The book observes and analyzes events occurring in communication from six dimensions: zero-dimensional primitive elements, one-dimensional relative relationships, two-dimensional standard planes, three-dimensional psychological containers, four-dimensional individual lives, and five-dimensional relationship fields. The book consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an overview, mainly introducing the overall objectives of RFT and related specialized concepts. The second chapter presents core assumptions, listing nine theoretical assumptions of the relationship field, which serve as the theoretical foundation for the entire RFT series. The third chapter discusses the structure of the five-dimensional relationship field, first elucidating the basic meaning and nature of zero-dimensional primitive elements, and then expanding the discussion from one to five dimensions. Analysis of specific events can start from these six dimensions, making the analysis more hierarchical and comprehensive. The fourth chapter is titled "e;Ten Levels of Concepts in Relationship Field Theory."e; The first-level concept contains only one content: orderliness. The tenth-level concept includes ten contents, which are the brief ten steps for effective communication. They can be used in relationship field counseling practice, as well as in other practical activities such as marketing and negotiation. The fifth chapter, Relationship Field Counseling Theory, focuses on the application of RFT in psychological counseling, covering seven aspects: counseling principles, counseling objects, counseling techniques, counseling philosophy, cause analysis, therapeutic factors, and counseling steps.
