Ouyang Xun's Jiucheng Palace Liquan Ming is a regular script calligraphy work written by Wei Zheng and calligrapher Ouyang Xun in the sixth year of Tang Zhenguan (632)(The person who carved the stele is not allowed to investigate). It exists in Beiting Scenic Spot in Linyou County, Shaanxi Province. It described the origin of the "e;Jiucheng Palace"e; and the majesty of its architecture, praised Tang Taizong's martial arts and thrifty spirit, introduced the process of discovering Liquan in the palace city, and cited classic books to explain that the appearance of Liquan was due to "e;the emperor's decree."e; In the end, it put forward the slanderous words of "e;being high and thinking about falling, and holding full of precepts and profits"e;. The body is slender, the middle palace is tightened, the four sides are open, the left is convergent and the right is vertical, turning danger into safe. The shape of the character is shaped according to the situation, and the left and right structures are opposite to each other. The cloth is white and even, the word spacing and line spacing are sparse and clear, which is the most accurate in the Nine Palaces. The whole monument is desolate. It is the classic work of Ouyang Xun in his later years. It has always been respected by scholars of calligraphy and regarded as the authentic regular script. It is praised by later generations as "e;the first regular script in the world"e; or "e;the first official script in the world"e;.
