A reassessment of Ezra Pound plus anthology of poems. Agenda was actually founded by Ezra Pound and William Cookson in 1959, and over the years it has brought out several special issues on various aspects of Pound. Hence it was an honour for this special 'Pound Reconsidered' issue to present itself almost by magic via the wand of Professor A.D. Moody whose contributions make up the backbone of these pages. It is very special that Agenda is publishing for the first time Pound's early long poem 'The Dawn'. It is a prose and verse sequence put together by Pound in London in 1909, never published, and thought lost. David Moody's essay on The Muncie Papers also contains new material regarding the question of Pound's sanity or insanity. There are further essays, reviews and an inspiring mixture of work by known and new poets.
