This research study is aimed at Agent-based framework security using as a case study Iraqi e-government. The study involves a framework which comprises Independent research variables (Deploying policy; Decision Making scenario; security Method; Request Mining and Authentication; Autonomous or Non Autonomous) and Dependent research variables (Agent security Method Deployment). A series of statistical rests were made on the hypothesis and with the results obtained it was found out that a significant strong positive correlation exists between each of the independent variables and Agent Security Method Deployment (the dependent variable). It was also found out that the dependent variable Agent Security Method Deployment is significantly dependent on each the dependent variables (Deploying policy; Decision Making scenario; security Method; Request Mining and Authentication; Autonomous or Non Autonomous) About73.4% of the variance experienced in the dependent variables can be explained by the independent research variables considered in this research.
