In the 1920s an Italian migrant comes to America after her arranged marriage in Naples. With her husband, a U.S. resident, she struggles to fit into a life she despises, yearning to be free. All the Rage is a trilogy of plays, Flavia, Camille, Cyrene. Each woman in the titular play asserts her will against the society that forces her obedience.
