Beneath A Magi Sky

Two thousand years ago, the stars and planets predicted the birth of a Great Soul. A triple conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Pisces, joined by the benefic Moon, threw a powerful aspect unto Virgo, the Virgin, as it rose in the east.

Jaidev, a young Indian Brahmin and Jyotish astrologer, sees the rare celestial event unfolding. Compelled by destiny, Jaidev embarks with three friends on an arduous journey down the Silk Road to the heart of the Western world. As they travel, Jaidev imparts the essence of Vedic wisdom to his friends. Teaching them the expression, experience and expansion of consciousness, the Song of Creation.

Along the way, Magi from the Zoroastrian and Jewish Kabbala traditions join them.

But lurking in the shadows is King Herod, an aging, malevolent ruler who seeks to extinguish the Great Soul's light. The Magi must protect the infant from Herod's wrath, helping the baby and his family escape to Egypt.
