This book is intended to challenge the conventional§wisdom about demographic diversity in organizations§as a stand-alone strategy. Using an exploratory§investigation on the moderating effects of employee§involvement on demographic diversity and the§organizational performance relationship on 400§Fortune 500 companies from 1997 2001.
