It began with a single, unexplained death.

When the first victims collapsed, doctors believed it was an isolated medical anomaly. Within weeks, hospitals filled with patients whose blood betrayed them, whose bodies failed without mercy. The virus would come to be known as CAV-1 - the Canine Associated Virus.
