ELITE OPERATOR STRENGTH is a twelve-test physical assessment system built for tactical athletes, operators, and the coaches and programme designers who support them. Every test in the battery was selected because it measures a specific physical quality with a direct operational consequence. Every termination standard is based on form failure - not volitional stop - because a number produced by effort tells you almost nothing about what an operator can actually do under load.

The system covers the full physical demand spectrum of high-performance operational roles:

• Maximal strength - what the operator can produce in a single effort against heavy resistance

• Relative strength and pulling capacity - how the operator moves their own bodyweight across multiple repetitions under accumulating fatigue

• Anaerobic power and repeated-sprint recovery - how quickly the operator recovers between high-intensity efforts in confined or time-critical environments

• Grip endurance and sustained load capacity - how long the operator can maintain a loaded hold across roping, obstacle, and extraction scenarios

• Torso stability under dynamic load - whether the operator's midline holds position when the movement is no longer controlled

Each chapter delivers the same complete structure: operational rationale, full protocol, valid performance criteria, termination standards, a failure code system for disqualified attempts, and remediation flags that translate assessment results directly into training interventions.

The battery does not tell you how fit your operators are. It tells you exactly where their capacity ends, what the failure pattern looks like, and where the intervention needs to begin. That distinction is the difference between a score and a roadmap.
