His research spans Structural Mechanics, Solid Mechanics, and Computational Fluid Dynamics, with a particular focus on Computational Wind Engineering. He is an active member of ANIV, Italian Association for Wind Engineering, and AIV, Association l'Ingénierie du Vent Belgique-France-Suisse.
