Antônio Guerra is thirty years old, a Lieutenant Colonel, and the sole occupant of an apartment built for a life he never got around to living. Miguel Inácio is twenty-five, a supermarket cashier, and the sole guardian of a three-year-old boy who has called him Daddy since he learned to speak.
