Food for Thought

Food for Thought began with a playful question: What if food could speak? Not with words, but through memory, meaning, and metaphor. What if a kiwi could whisper "Can we?"-inviting possibility? What if a prune reminded us of the grace in letting go, or a peach encouraged us to pitch our ideas with courage?
From that question grew a banquet of 70 meditative reflections, where everyday ingredients became vessels of insight. Grounded in biblical truth and seasoned with spiritual wisdom, this book invites readers to slow down and savor, not just their meals, but their lives.
It's not a cookbook, though it may feed you. It's not a manual, though it may guide you. It's a table set with stories, symbols, and soul, each bite offering a mirror to what's within.
