Golems of Beithir

Amnon returns in the second volume of The Chronicles of Hadúr: The Golems of Beithir. The Blood Wars have begun as the races fight for control of Hell's Gate. Beithir is no longer alone, and the full power of the Druid Council now stands behind him to tighten the Druids' grip on the region. October howled up the mountainside with its chilling mist, easily defeating the rays of the waning sun. Hadúr now carried traces of snow all the way to the valley floor, lingering in the shadows of the yurts erected by the monastery. Subzero temperatures were on their way, but that was no deterrent to the current occupants. In the upper courtyard, wrapped in heavy winter cloaks, sat a most unusual group of four: an Ogreblood Bandruí, a Southern Troll, and two Elfblood Druids, more human than not. The Bandruí was the last to arrive at the bonfire, and her mount was still covered in sweat. Nearby, a group of Trollbloods strained to eavesdrop. Their future was about to unfold.
