Continuing education needs also §play the important role that might increase the §teachers job satisfaction. Teachers should be §encouraged to participate in continuing education §programs, a rapidly developmenting field, in order §to improve their professional abilities, practices §and increase their job satisfaction. A more §efficient kindergarten setting should focus on §increasing teachers' job satisfaction and reduce §their job dissatisfaction. In this book, §kindergarten teachers are satisfied with the §factors: increased responsibility, personal growth §and professional development, domination of teaching §materials and methods, achievement in teaching, §recognition of accomplishment, and interpersonal §relationship. Teachers' perceptions of job §satisfaction and dissatisfaction differ based on §whether they attend or do not attend continuing §education programs. Teachers who attend continuing §education for more than three years have greater job §satisfaction than teachers who attend for fewer §years.
