Particularly in an integrated healthcare environment major attention must be given to the resultant documents which should not give false data to the physicians for diagnosis. This leads to great impact on patientżs survival.Two kinds of approach are adopted in this retrieval system. They are text based and content based retrieval approach. The advantage of text based and content based approaches are combined together results to hybrid approach.
