Inner Change Outer Impact

Inner Change ~ Outer Impact is a powerful, trauma-informed workbook designed to guide justice-involved individuals through a journey of self-reflection, healing, and personal transformation. Created by nationally recognized mitigation specialist Dr. Jozlyn Hall, this independent study program helps individuals develop the emotional insight, accountability, and resilience needed to create meaningful change-within themselves and in the world around them.

Rooted in real-life experience and grounded in restorative principles, this workbook invites participants to confront cycles of harm, explore their beliefs and behaviors, and discover healthier ways of thinking and living. This program is more than self-study-it is a certificate-bearing course. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate issued by The Connecticut Women's Consortium (CWC), a nationally respected leader in trauma-informed and gender-responsive behavioral health training.
