IPMA® Project Management - Level B

The IPMA® Level B certification is designed for professionals who lead complex projects and programmes and who carry responsibility beyond operational delivery. At this level, project management is defined not only by methods, but by leadership, governance awareness and decision-making in complex environments.

This book is not a basic textbook and not a collection of exam questions. It is a practice-oriented reflection and preparation volume for Senior Project Managers and Programme Managers who operate in environments characterised by uncertainty, stakeholder complexity and high organisational impact.
