Komana

Komana est un village de la savane boisée de l'ouest africain qui assiste à l'implantation progressive de la colonisation dans le pays au début du XX° siècle. Largent s'insère dans la vie de tous les jours. Les anciens, perdus dans leurs souvenirs lointains s'interrogent fréquemment dans le vestibule ou sous l'arbre à palabre. La seule manière de résister à l'invasion culturelle est d'apprendre à connaitre cet étranger, donc à se servir de sa langue et de son écriture. Zan le frère ainé, part chaque année pendant la saison sèche, travailler dans la grande ville, Bougouba, afin d'aider sa famille au village. Ce contact lui permettra, avec l'attention particulière de son logeur d'apporter un début de solution au conseil du village. Si une vielle femme qui dit qu'il ya d'excellents condiments au marché, la meilleure façon d'en avoir le cœur net, est de lui remettre assez d'argent afin qu'elle aille en chercher pour vous. Komana is a village in the wooded savanna of West Africa, witnessing the gradual establishment of colonization in the country at the beginning of the 20th century. Money is becoming woven into daily life. The elders, lost in their distant memories, frequently gather in the vestibule or under the palaver tree to discuss matters.
