Life Hero Questbook

As a parent, I know how heartbreaking it is to watch your child struggle with big emotions like anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, negative thoughts, or even feelings of depression. I've been there myself, feeling helpless and unsure of how to support my own child.

That experience, combined with my years of study and work as a dedicated life coach and practitioner in CBT, REBT, ACT, and NLP, led me to create the Life Hero Program and its engaging Life Hero Questbook for children ages 6-12. I believe that kids need the tools, techniques, and words to help them think like a Hero-skills that aren't typically taught in school. That's why I developed this program: to teach kids (and parents) how to master strong emotions, deal with worries and anxieties, and start seeing themselves as the hero of their own lives.

In my Life Hero Program, your child undertakes a series of Quests to understand themselves better and how to manage big emotions, negativity, and worries. Each quest is accompanied by activities in the Life Hero Questbook. While the Questbook is designed to be used alongside my comprehensive Life Hero Program course, it can also be purchased separately.
