Summary (French): It is unthinkable to be interested in consumer e-commerce (business to consumer, B2C), without asking questions about the management of distribution operations. Indeed, if the Internet user can access an extraordinarily rich offer of products by a simple mouse click on his computer, it is still necessary that these products can be made available to him in good conditions of cost and service. Several supply chain activities are therefore involved. In order to better satisfy customers' requirements, several e-commerce companies are trying to improve their distribution logistics by implementing better logistic strategies but also by using integrated management software in order to facilitate the fluidity and the interconnection of the company's activities. In this research work, the objective is to identify the impacts of a better distribution logistics in e-commerce companies. In order to make this research work possible, we take the case of Jumia Senegal which is an online sales platform.
