I like to share the spark that made me to write this book "Mall Management The Key to a Mall's Success". Basically, as a Indian Citizen and management writer, I have been to various malls in India which doesn't gives me any feel, just like that, as like others, I have been for shopping. After being Dubai Resident, after visiting various malls in Dubai, the destination for the shopping malls, I questioned myself, why my country is lacking in Mall Management? I wished to analyse and give solution for this management issue. Therefore, I started to analyse the malls in India and Dubai. How do Dubai malls glowing in the world? In addition, where should we improve? Based on my analysis, I have organised this research paper into sections that scrutinizes and compares the mall concept in Indian and Dubai context, Mall Management Strategies, Life cycle of the shopping mall, how to fix the tenant in the mall, how safety should the shoppers be in the malls, at last, my research says India have to benchmark the success of malls management in Dubai In Future, India has to be the destination of shopping malls.
