Mel & Pip & The Magic Snow Globe: Exploring Thoughts and Feelings, is a fictional book of eight short stories for primary school-age children. Mel learns about the links between her thoughts, feelings and behaviours/ understand different emotions/ how to make better choices/ manage her 'what if?' worries/ look at positive aspects of a situation/ manage disappointment/ find her happy place to feel calm/manage catastrophic thinking. A fun and interesting way for children to learn about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the form of story-telling.
