This is a book written as a personal message from parents to their daughter to convey the message that she should enjoy her childhood and not wish to grow up too fast. This happens when Meleah puts on shoes in her mom's cupboard labelled "One-day Shoes" and she turns into an adult. She tries to do the things adults do, like baking cookies, painting her room and even bathing her dog who despises water, but she is unsuccessful in all these attempts. With the comfort of her parents, she then realises that she has plenty of time to learn how to be an adult, but for now, she is going to enjoy being a barefoot child playing outside.
This story is written in 'Afrikaans' an South African native language. But is available on request in English and personalized according to your child. Please visit us at 'MyWonder Stories' on Facebook and Instagram.
