Thirty years ago, the Atlas Project promised unlimited energy. Instead, it broke the laws of physics and created a monster: a singularity in the Earth's core that is slowly, inexorably dragging the Moon to its death.

Elara is a "Moonchild," born into this shattered world with a mutation that is both a curse and a gift. She survives as a scavenger in the ruins of Apsis, navigating a landscape where the ground floats and the air bleeds away into space.

But when the countdown clock jumps forward, Elara is thrust into a desperate mission. Silas, a cynical engineer from the failed project, offers her a chance at something more than survival-a way to reach the failsafe. Together, they must cross the radiation-soaked Exclusion Zone, navigate the floating archipelagos of a broken city, and ascend the Zenith Spire, the space elevator that anchors the planet's fate.

Standing in their way is the Order of the White Shore. Led by High Priestess Vesper, the cult believes the falling Moon is a divine egg waiting to hatch, and they will stop at nothing to ensure the "Great Hatching" completes-even if it means the extinction of humanity.
