Mrs. Razlog is a loner, living in a beautiful old farmhouse, with only her dogs as companions. She is misunderstood and mostly ignored by both locals and tourists in beautiful Gorge Ferry Village.
One summer, she and her dogs have run-ins with people in town. At first, harmless incidents such as her dogs barking at children. But soon the incidents escalate dramatically, leading to rising tension between Mrs. Razlog and local officials. She and her dogs are threatened, and even put in mortal danger.
Then, without warning, a critical emergency threatens the lives of many people in town. Local first responders are overwhelmed trying to save potential victims, including many children.
Unexpectedly, Mrs. Razlog and her dogs quickly arrive at the scene of the emergency. But are they there to help? Or do they intensify the situation?
Onlookers watch in horror as it all transpires before them.
