Murder Paints a Picture

Sometimes art imitates life...And sometimes it leads to murder.It's November in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and as usual, there's a whole host of exciting events going on in the busy little town of Blue Valley. Amateur sleuth and bookshop owner, Alice Maguire, is burning the candle at both ends. Her work at The Paper Owl already keeps her hopping, but when you add helping her friend Owen move into his newly-renovated lake house, babysitting her four-month-old nephew, and hosting Thanksgiving for the first time ever-not to mention helping out with the Fall Into Art festival that's happening on Main Street, it's a wonder she even has a moment to catch her breath. Life gets even more interesting, when a very special painting goes missing, and the cherry on the cake of what is promising to be the most stressful November ever, is when a murder is discovered.
