We're all supposed to give a f*ck about everything - what people think of our homes, organizing our socks, yoga, cheering the right way at our kids' soccer games, making green smoothies. But who really gives a f*ck about any of these things? And yet we waste precious energy pretending we do. In comes a refreshing, timely sanity check in the form of NAMASTE, MOTHERF*CKER, which liberates us from all the bullshit with simple cartoon examples of people who just don't give a f*ck.Example:All of Julie's friends go to yoga. They breathe and stretch and say "Namaste." (image of sanctimonious yoga class)Not Julie. Julie doesn't give a f*ck. Julie exercises how and when she feels like it, and her workout doesn't include bullshit chanting. (image of happy woman hiking in the woods with her dog.)Another example:John is supposed to care about his lawn. He is supposed to weed it and fertilize it and aerate the motherf*cker, so as to create a totally toxic but lush carpet of green grass for his dog to shit on. (image of everyone in the neighborhood manicuring their grass)But John just lets the grass do its thing, because John doesn't give a f*ck. John chills out by his pool instead. (image of John relaxing by his pool, with a few dandelions in the lawn)
