A spirit who calls himself Dog, reincarnates into a new life while trying to retain the memories of his last life experiences as they quickly drift away. Dog thinks he is here to save a little girl, but a couple who call themselves "Babe", takes him from his mission and sends him on a new adventure with a blind Pitbull named Ruka, and a RV that looks to be falling apart.
