In vitro experiments involving changes in the direction of the resultant force (simulation of microgravity effects under ground conditions) have demonstrated a decrease in the viability of human lung carcinoma A549 and rat glioma C6 cells, in which an increase in the percentage of necrotic cells was observed, and under these conditions, an increase in proliferation processes, expression of adhesion molecules (cadherin, β2-integrin), cloning efficiency, and IL-6 levels in a culture medium with human FLv fibroblasts, and the formation of multilayered cell populations in three-dimensional ceramic structures. For the first time, it has been proven that a shift in the direction of the resultant force (simulating the effects of microgravity) is one of the factors regulating the processes of proliferation and death of normal and pathological cells.
