Punching Angels

Punching Angels follows Carl Hind, a bitter, dying old man reflecting on a life filled with resentment, lost dreams, and fractured family relationships. As he slips away in hospice, vivid dreams and memories resurface, blending his childhood traumas, first loves, and lifelong regrets. Upon death, Carl ascends to a heavenly realm where he faces judgment from Saint Peter and guardian angels, who deem his soul too callous and self-serving. Carl's fate is decided while he is thrown into Heaven jail. They send him back to relive his life with retained memories, offering a chance at redemption.

In his second life, Carl leverages his foreknowledge to amass wealth through savvy investments and inventions, becoming a tech mogul with groundbreaking creations like advanced AI, renewable energy solutions, and space satellite ventures. However, his lingering anger and desire for vengeance lead him to develop disruptive technologies, sparking worldwide chaos, riots, and societal collapse. Interwoven with humorous interactions with his guardian angel Scott, Carl navigates moral dilemmas, family reconciliations, and cosmic consequences, including time loops and heavenly interventions.
