Questions about Life is not a self-help book. It is not a spiritual manual. It makes no promises and offers no techniques.

It is something rarer: a book written without an agenda, without an audience to win over, without anything to prove. An imaginary father speaking to a child never born - and through that dialogue, facing the questions we all carry within us, without ever finding the right moment to ask them.

What is happiness? What is fear? What is silence? What does it mean to love? Why do adults stop playing? What is God?

Each chapter is a question. Each answer is an exploration - personal, direct, at times uncomfortable - born from years of inner practice, meditation retreats, readings, mistakes and silences. Not the answer of a master. The honest answer of someone who searched sincerely, and decided not to keep it to himself.

A book to read slowly, one question at a time. Or to open at random, the way you open someone else's diary.
