Because taking breakfast, lunch and dinner are the daily routine of our life.

Without it, the mechanisms of our body will not be possible. These are the basic needs of our body. 

However, we forget the basic needs of our mind and spirit. The basic needs of our mind and spirit are to motivate ourselves, to inspire ourselves, and to encourage ourselves every day. 

The problem with us is that we forget to motivate ourselves every day. We forget to inspire ourselves every day. We forget to encourage ourselves every day. We forget to wake up our inner-strengths and inner-potentials every day. We never feel to motivate, inspire and encourage ourselves every day. We take it for granted. 

If you never motivate, inspire and encourage yourself, you'll always find yourself in the web of negativity.

You'll trap yourself in the claws of inferiority complex.
