As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I need to stay on top of my game as PR Director for the Tornadoes. So when my apartment building loses electricity during the playoffs, I don't make waves. But the alternative is exhausting-sneaking in and out of the players lounge to sleep. When I'm caught by the sexiest player on the team, he offers me his guest room-and even better, a place to cook. Now, I have to remind myself hourly that my career is more important than jumping his very-convenient bones.

As alternate captain, I'm constantly looking for ways to prove myself worthy of the title. So when the prettiest member of management needs a place to stay, I offer without thinking. But her hot-as-hell cooking and her teeny tiny robe are distractions I can't afford and struggle to resist. Maybe what happens in the off-season can stay in the off-season.
