It has been said that more than 65% of today s population consists of visual learners. This means that in today s classrooms more than half of its students are not being taught in the way that they learn best. Throughout the school day, teachers give directions with the expectation that they are followed through. It is a teacher s natural instinct to orally give these much needed directions that guide their students through assignments and projects. However, directions given multiple times throughout the school day to a class made up of primarily visual learners can prompt more questions and confusion.
