The NORI Devotional was written with you in mind-the tired parts of you, the sensitive parts, the parts that just want to rest without being told to hurry, to fix, or to figure everything out. NORI is a name rooted in harmony, flow, and gentle living. It represents peace-not as a destination, but as a way of being: slow, intentional, and restorative. NORI exists to remind us that rest is holy, softness is strength, and healing is allowed. I pray you feel peace every single time you open these pages-a peace that settles into your spirit like a deep exhale you didn't realize you were holding, and finally free to release. This isn't something I want you to rush through. It's meant to be sat with and returned to. Each morning and evening reading is simply an invitation-to slow down, to be honest with God and yourself, and to remember that you don't have to carry everything alone. I wrote this devotional because I know what it feels like to crave peace and not quite fully realize the necessary pursuit to obtain and hold onto it. Life can be so loud. Expectations can feel so heavy. And our minds rarely get a moment of quiet. Yet Scripture tells us to seek peace and pursue it-which tells me something important: peace isn't passive. It doesn't just fall into our laps. It's something we must intentionally choose again and again, return to when we drift, and protect when the world tries to steal it. These pages were born from my own longing for stillness, for gentler thoughts, and for a heart anchored in God instead of my own human worry.
