Artist Zeinab Abdel Hamid used to create her paintings by using a mixed media of water color & ink on paper, making her figures distinguished in her own characteristic manner. After she accomplished her artworks she used to add a wooden board at the back of the paintings to ensure protection to the water color works, she also added a plastic glass from the front to save her water color paper against factors of aging, this gave her work more durability and a longer life.
The author of this book also explained to fine arts students the different types of materials used in creating oil paintings, she also discussed some techniques of making oil paintings that she learned from her parents and from her long paintings experience.
