The aim of the study is to compare the effects of pursed lip breathing and Pranayama (Kumbhaka) on pulmonary in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients.The author concluded that Pursed lip breathing and Kumbhaka when performed improves pulmonary function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients.
