THUG IT OUT: A Teen Making It Out of the Streets of Brooklyn Brooklyn ain't built for the weak. Where he's from, kids grow up fast. The streets are loud, the pressure is real, and respect can mean the difference between safety and danger. For one teen with big dreams, every day is a test.

Surrounded by dangerous youth chasing fast money, power, and reputation, he learns quickly that surviving in Brooklyn means watching every move you make. Look soft and you become a target. Move wrong and you become a victim. But he has a different vision for his life.
Trying to stay out of trouble while blending in just enough not to be crossed, he walks a thin line between the life he sees around him and the future he wants for himself.

The struggle only gets harder. With split parents pulling his life in different directions, constant pressure from the streets, and a complicated relationship with a girlfriend who adds more confusion than clarity, he begins to realize that escaping the environment he was born into may be the hardest fight of his life.
