Twixt & Midst is a collection of ten non-linear narratives exploring the thin, silent boundaries where a life quietly changes direction.
The book is not a memoir, not fiction, not philosophy, and not travel writing-yet it carries the breath of all four. Each chapter stands alone, but together they reveal a deeper structure: the way a human life is shaped not by grand events, but by small, almost invisible thresholds.

These stories move through childhood in a rural village, the weight of expectations, a near-fatal escape across the sea, a love remembered only through rain and light, a quiet separation of two beliefs, the stillness of Bhutan, the vastness of Xinjiang, the collective memory of the tsunami, and the frontier where AI ends and reflective consciousness begins.
