The two binary symbols "One" and "Zero" have gained AI through a hack by the Chinese government by a hired student hacker. The two characters believe they are real roadrunners delivering messages to the other parts of their world. Computer Systems Operator Mike notices some strange behavior on his terminal. The Chinese hacker is trying to get the two "roadrunners" One and Zero to find personal contact information on the president, vice president, and secretary of defense. The Chinese government is trying to get favors done by the three targets. "One" and "Zero" along with Mike have a hilarious time interacting with each other to solve this cyber-attack. What kinds of trouble can they cause? Maybe shutting down Hoover Dam or perhaps raising the threat level to Defcon two?
