In today's world, the importance of Ubuntu is more relevant than ever, as we face greater division than ever before. Factions, divided loyalties, and the prioritization of winning at all costs can cripple a team, turning it into a mob and undermining its goals. The immutable law of human organization is that when the pursuit of power overtakes the team's mission, corruption ensues, and true success is compromised.
