This book didn't begin with the intention of publication. It began with a lingering question , one that refused to settle. As the global events unfolded and were examined through analytical and historical lenses, that question deepened: what happens when precision begins to outweigh judgement, and decisions grow so exact that they leave little room for the fragile unpredictability in which human choice survives? Gradually reflection turned into inquiry, and inquiry into a sustained exploration of uncertainty, responsibility, and the unseen consequences of systems designed to eliminate risk. What began as observation became an attempt to understand and that understanding eventually demanded a story.
