Between an estimated "2-4%" of biological-males have a "Paraphilic-Disorder", or "persistent and recurrent [predominant or exclusive] sexual interests, urges, fantasies, or behaviors of marked intensity involving objects, activities, or even situations that are atypical in nature". 90%-94% of persons diagnosed with "Paraphilic-Disorders", or male-typical sexual-disorders, are biological-males. Paraphilias - or Paraphilic-Disorders - begin "before or during puberty", and are genetic/biological/neurological. Paraphilias/Paraphilic-Disorders are often comorbid with Non-Paraphilic Sexual-Compulsion-Disorders and other Paraphilias/Paraphilic-Disorders. 94% of those diagnosed with Paraphilic-Disorders are males.
