Wired for Action is more than a memoir. It is a testament to the power and courage held deep inside all of us. Denny Giamazzo's story begins with a fight for survival. From being born two months premature, losing his mother to AIDS, never knowing who his father is, and growing up in foster care, Denny was destined for a life of failure and pain. He was surrounded by physical and mental abuse, addiction, and violence. Later came the battlegrounds of war, the weight of PTSD, and the heartbreak of broken relationships.

Through an unrelenting will to be better than his past, Denny has literally fought for his life. What kept Denny moving forward his entire life, even in the most difficult times, was his mantra, "Someone else out there has had it worse. They have come back stronger, and they are doing more with less. I am not allowed to feel sorry for myself."

Today, Denny has transformed his pain into leading a life of service. As a national engagement speaker, he shares his journey of resilience and hope.
