As depraved cult leader Sir Lord Jimmy Crystal (O'Connell) inducts Spike (Williams) into his group, Dr. Ian Kelson (Fiennes) continues to bond with the infected Alpha he named Samson (Chi Lewis-Parry). While Kelson learns more about the Rage Virus and the possibility of a cure, Jimmy searches for new offerings and Spike's life descends into a nightmare.
