The Czech Post informs you about the delivery of the package to the selected branch of the post office via SMS message on the day of delivery. The parcel can be tracked online. Once the parcel has been deposited at the post office, you will receive an information SMS message and you can collect the parcel during the opening hours of the post office. Post Office Collection Point To collect the parcel at the post office, you will need a collection code and the recipient's name. You can find the collection code in the email or SMS message. Collection is also possible based on identification document. You may encounter a calling system at the post office. Press the "Collection with Code" button and enter the collection code. You will be served within a few minutes! The parcel is stored at the post office for 7 calendar days. Collection Point Outside the Post Office To collect the parcel at our partners' locations, you will need a collection code and the recipient's name. The parcel is stored at the partner's location for 7 calendar days. Parcel Locker To collect the parcel, you need to enter the collection code on the locker's display. After entering the code, the locker will open, and you can retrieve the parcel. If you have a cash-on-delivery parcel, make the payment in advance using the link provided in the email. The locker cannot be opened until the parcel is paid for. The parcel is stored in the locker for 2 calendar days.
Shipment movement can be tracked online. You will be notified by text and email when your shipment is ready for collection. Pick up your parcel in the Parcelshop within 7 days. Pick up your parcel in Parcelbox within 3 days.
The Czech Post informs you about the delivery of the package via a text message on the day of delivery. It is possible to track the parcel online and change the delivery or pickup method. If you are not present at the delivery, the parcel will be stored at the nearest Czech Post office for 7 days. You will receive instructions via SMS text message. The storage period can be extended up to 15 days using the tracking link.
PPL delivers the package within 24 hours. The shipment can be tracked online. The courier will send you a text message on your mobile phone with the estimated time of delivery and call you on the phone number you provide before the actual delivery. If the courier does not reach you, he will leave a notification and the package will be delivered again the next day. You can also have your parcel delivered to the nearest PPL ParcelShop after arranging with the courier.
Z-BOX: You can track the movement of your shipment online or in the Zásilkovna app. You can pick up the parcel delivered to Z-BOX using the Zásilkovna app installed on your iOS or Android mobile phone. The standard storage time is 2 days with the possibility of an extension of 1 day. Collection point: Shipment movement can be tracked online or in the Zásilkovna app. You can pick up your shipment using a password delivered via SMS to your mobile phone or by using the Zásilkovna app installed on your iOS or Android-enabled mobile phone. The parcel can only be collected during the opening hours of the collection point. The parcel is stored at the collection point for 7 days with the possibility of extension for 14 days.

And together with us, you will provide work for skilled seamstresses with disabilities from a shop called “On the Hanger”, which operates under the auspices of Eurodiaconia.
